// 01 — Current Site-Hosted Artifacts

Current manuscript and web surfaces

These are the current site-hosted surfaces. The formal manuscript follows its own submission path; this page separates that manuscript from white papers, web editions, and reserved future artifacts so readers do not confuse a website surface with a posted external paper.

2026 — White Paper Stakeholder Edition
LAKANA SSI: Sovereign Safety Intelligence — Public White Paper

Athlete protection, physics-bounded decisioning, and athlete-owned physiological data. Full 12-section document: dual protection flow, 12-row structural comparison table, 6 domain scenarios, 12 FAQ answers, appendices. Written for coaches, athletic directors, sports medicine partners, and institutional audiences. PDF available.

2026 — Public Edition Public Redacted Edition
LAKANA W-X & WX-Ag: Environmental Truth & Agronomic Extension

Public redacted edition of the environmental-truth layer and agronomic extension. Refined around doctrine, authority boundaries, admissibility posture, active freshness discipline, passive spectrum awareness, and bounded advisory logic. Written for evaluators who care about observational truth, not weather-dashboard theater.

2026 — Public Edition Public Redacted Edition
LAKANA CivOS: The Sovereign Survival Foundation

Public redacted edition of the CivOS foundation paper. Clarifies the trust-substrate role of CivOS, the failure-direction change it imposes beneath the app layer, its stack relationship to SOS/SSI/W-X, and the assurance vocabulary a reviewer needs without disclosing implementation-sensitive internals.

2026 — Public Edition Public Redacted Edition
LAKANA SOS: Sovereign Emergency Protection

Public redacted edition of the emergency-protection paper. Sharpened around local-first protection, coercion-aware behavior, evidence discipline, validation posture, and pilot-readiness boundaries. Stronger public differentiation with less implementation exposure.

2026 — Submission-Ready Manuscript Submission PDF
LAKANA: A Doctrine-Constrained, Deterministic Architecture for Sovereign Cyber-Physical Safety Systems

The canonical submission-ready manuscript artifact. Public redacted edition compiled under pdflatex. Includes formal proofs, an assumption register, a deferred validation register, bibliography, and subsystem glossary. Use this surface for manuscript review and formal evaluation workflows; public posting follows the formal submission path.

2026 — Public TeX Source
Redacted LaTeX Source Bundle

Public source access for collaborators and reviewers evaluating the manuscript at the specification and build-material level. Redacted in accordance with provisional filing protection. Provides specification-level transparency without oversharing implementation detail.

Submission Path — Pending Security / Systems Review
Formal Submission Path — Architecture Manuscript

The architecture manuscript is being prepared for formal submission and posting through appropriate security and systems review channels. This row describes the manuscript pathway only; it does not imply that the manuscript has already completed formal posting or acceptance.

// 02 — Intellectual Property Status

Patent pending

LAKANA's core architecture is protected under a provisional patent application. The claim set covers the deterministic hardware-bound state continuity and fail-closed computing architecture disclosed in the manuscript series.

USPTO Provisional Patent Application — 35 U.S.C. § 111(b)
Deterministic Hardware-Bound State Continuity and Fail-Closed Computing Architecture for Sovereign Cyber-Physical Systems
Inventor
MarTaize KarTreal Fails
Assignee
LAKANA Systems — Norman, Oklahoma
Status
Patent Pending — Filed 2026
Claim Coverage
TSARO · NICOLE · CivOS · W-X/WX-Ag · S-V2K · UEI · PSAI

The full provisional application text is not published here. A patent pending designation establishes priority; the architecture manuscript documents the research program. These are parallel tracks serving different purposes.

// 03 — Reserved Publication Pipeline

What this surface is built to accept

Reserved slots are enabled only when actual papers, validation bundles, or field documents exist and can support the claim being made. Routing stays stable, but wording remains conservative until the artifact is real.

Companion
Validation

SSI Monte Carlo Validation Study

30 trials × 200,000 agents = 6M simulations. Career longevity delta +0.157 yr (p<10⁻⁷⁰), lifetime earnings delta $723,617, hazard ratio HR=0.87 [95% CI 0.84–0.90]. The empirical anchor for SSI subsystem claims and the companion to the architecture manuscript. Reserved pending validation paper completion.

Companion
Validation

SOS Transport Survivability — Monte Carlo

Companion simulation covering deterministic safety and transport survivability under Byzantine fault fractions, adversarial mesh conditions, and the full 15-threat model at city scale (500–20,000 nodes). Reserved pending companion paper completion.

Protocol
Papers

NICOLE Protocol — Formal Specification

Standalone protocol paper for the NICOLE cryptographic lifecycle: split-knowledge key hierarchy, ISK/RSK independence proof, post-quantum dual-signature ledger, and hardware-bound zeroization. Target: IETF or W3C submission. Reserved pending formal verification.

Protocol
Papers

Pumpkin Protocol · Ghost Signal / Ghost Mesh · Decision Causality

Reserved for the three remaining protocol papers: Pumpkin cryptographic voiding formal analysis, Ghost Signal/Mesh contradiction handling with multi-source generalization, and Decision Causality causal chain completeness. Each deserves standalone treatment.

Field
Validation
July 2026

ICF World Championships — Riversport OKC

Planned field-validation pathway for the integrated LAKANA stack on an Olympic whitewater course. W-X atmospheric sensing and SSI biomechanical monitoring are presented here as the intended empirical bridge from simulation-stage evidence toward observed field evidence. Reserved pending operational coordination and field execution.

Results
Papers

Formal Results, Domain Papers, Benchmark Comparisons

Reserved for formal invariant proofs, hardware-in-loop validation, domain expansion papers (agronomic, industrial, infrastructure), benchmark comparisons against incumbent probabilistic architectures, and the long-horizon results papers that move LAKANA from architecture program to infrastructure canon.

// 04 — Artifact Policy

How future papers land here

The point is not to publish everything at once. The point is to make every public addition look like it belongs to the same sovereign research system — and to ensure no artifact overstates what the paper can support.

Every artifact declares its status

Use exact evidentiary states: current web edition, public redacted, submission-ready manuscript, companion simulation, forthcoming, results pending, field pending. This prevents the artifact surface from making stronger claims than the underlying artifact supports.

Every paper exposes stable routes

When public, each paper gets stable routes for HTML, PDF, source, and any companion data bundle appropriate to release. No link should resolve to a dead endpoint — reserved slots stay disabled until the artifact is ready.

The website does not outrun the paper

Public language across all pages stays aligned with the architecture manuscript's evidence-status taxonomy. Simulation-validated claims are not promoted to empirically validated claims until field evidence exists. Doctrine claims are not promoted to formal proof until mechanical verification is complete.

IP and research are parallel tracks

Patent filings establish IP rights. Architecture manuscripts support formal review workflows. These serve different audiences through different channels. The full text of any provisional patent application is not published here — only the title, inventor, assignee, and patent pending status.
